Making a Positive Impact
I believe living a healthy lifestyle begins with maintaining a strong and fit body. My aim is to help you identify your goals, design an exercise program to fit your needs, guide you through every exercise and every workout. My dedication to you comes from my very own fitness journey, this has led me in the direction of wanting to help others achieve excellent results for themselves. My goal is to create a community in a safe space to build each individual's confidence around strength training and healthy living whilst enjoying the process and having fun.
MY CLASSES
Personal training
The unique program I will tailor to your individual needs will help burn calories, boost metabolism and improve your overall health. A combination of strategic exercises focusing on strength, cardiovascular, confidence and form along with a healthy diet will have you reaching your goals in no time!


Group personal training sessions
A group PT to fit your personal needs.
To work on strength, cardiovascular, confidence & form.
Aim to build muscle mass for your later years, whilst looking and feeling good along the way.
Be part of a community of like minded people and receive constant support in reaching your goals.
A maximum of 5 clients per strength session. Over 15 scheduled classes per week to choose from with a variety of times.
Classes can be reserved in advance.

Cardio Fitness
